It's rare in life that we get to meet some one we admire, let alone your hero and idol. A hand shake and autograph is often all that you will have to remember meeting them, and being bigger than life in a kid's eyes, how can they ever measure up. Tim was not only one of the best drivers in the history of the sport of auto racing, but a wonderful person as well. I would not have any of my art collection with out the help of Tim Flock. A childhood hero for me as a kid and a good friend in adult life. I'm very proud of the tribute art I've done of Tim Flock's career to honor him.

Tim was as everyone knows a great race car driver but he was a very proud father and grandfather. He loved his ever faithful wife Frances more than life itself. He always thought of his fellow man and was always willing to help any chairity at a moments notice. I could continue to write about Tim butI will close by saying I miss my friend terriably until this day and he will always be a example to follow through out life. RIP.
